What organizations do you donate to?
Proceeds are donated equallly among these four organizations: The Innocene Project of Florida, Inclusive Therapists, LGBTQ Freedom Fund and the Black Feminist Project.
Where do I select which design I want?
In CHECKOUT where it says "Notes" please describe let us know which flag/pattern you'd like! If you forgot to do so you can send an Instagram Direct Message (DM) with a picture of your Order Confirmation and Details. Instagram @petrocksforchange
Why is Shipping Free?
The Shipping Fee is included with the price of the Product. It is about $7 to ship a rock. If you purchase a Pride Rock which is $15-$16 that already covers the cost of the shipping! The reason I had to deduct shipping from checkout is because customers would purchase multiple products, while the shipping was still $7 which would cost more at the Post Office since they ship by weight.

What is your return/refund policy?
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges please make sure your address is correct before you finalize your purchase in the checkout tab.
If you receive an *incorrect item, please contact via email: [email protected] with order details and photo evidence.
Since 50% of the proceeds are donated, we don't accept refunds. Please acknowledge that your rock is handmade with love and isn't always perfect, just like people!

How come you don't donate 100% of the proceeds?
As much as I would love to donate all proceeds to these organizations, I am not able to since there are a lot of expenses that come with running a small shop. These expenses include, but are not limited to: stones/rocks, paint, paint brushes, advertising, packaging, & shipping.
